This landscaper needed a simple site for his business. He was well aware that once he gives a quote or hands over his business card his potential clients will be searching the web for more information about his company. Good images are essential to communicate the quality of his workmanship. We were able to provide a professional site that could showcase his craftsmanship and dedication to his work. The site was built using WordPress.
This website is associated with the app Bread Boss. It aims to help the home baker become an artisan sourdough baker. An important element is the blog which communicates to the apps target audience. The app also links to this site for detailed help on how to perform aspects of the recipe. The site users found it easy and intuitive to use and update. We also designed the logo and worked with the app developer to build a complete solution for the home baker interested in being a Bread Boss!

We successfully completed a contract to lead the redevelopment of the Mosman Council website using Agile principles.
Our role was to project manage the Council website redevelopment. This involved building relationships with all areas of council to ensure that all staff were included in and committed to the new website. Our goal was a complete new design that would bring the council into the 21st century by providing support for mobiles and tablets. There was also a considerable amount of new development. All of the design and development was performed by the Council in-house. This required an enormous amount of dedication and hard work as the redevelopment was performed on top of the day to day work. A successful and enormously satisfying project.
